Unforgettable Makadi Water World: Hurghada Aqua Park Fun!

Great day out excellent service from collection too return Facilities were clean and spotless staff were always friendly and welcoming Communication with transfers was also excellent

We were told to be at the pickup point at 5:00 PM, but no one showed up. After waiting until 5:20, we called to ask how long they would be, only to be told they were “5 minutes away.” That was clearly not true, as we were left stranded until 6:05 PM—over an hour late! This was completely unacceptable, especially since the park closed at 5:00 PM, meaning we were stuck in the middle of nowhere with 8 children, waiting with no communication or urgency from the company. Absolutely disgraceful service, and we would not recommend them to anyone. The water park itself was brilliant.

Driver was nice. Water park was amazing and there were plenty of pool loungers all around the park. Never had a problem leaving mine and my daughters personal belongings to go play and swim. All you can eat style lunch was tasty and better than expected. All was well!! Thanks, again!!

This trip was great, once we had booked it we received information regarding the pick up and what we needed to bring with us on the day. We were picked up from the hotel, the car had air con and the driver offered us to connect to his hotspot for WiFi and play music. Once there the park was clean, was not overly busy. Food was nice it was hot dogs, pizza , burgers and a selection of drinks. The park is great for families and children. However probably not the best place for a couple without children. Although they did have a few slides that were good for adults too. Once the day had ended our transfer picked us up outside and dropped us off. The service was organised very well, and we will book through this company again. A great day thank you

Great trip to Makadi Waterpark. The tour operator was also very understanding when we had to reschedule twice due to sickness. We also had the nicest and safest taxi driver, Monier Ramzy

The slides and water park itself wasn’t too bad however the floor was so hot our feet were burning and we couldn’t walk anywhere without being in pain and we wasn’t allowed to wear shoes. The food was okay. But the transfer was terrible we waited 40 minutes after the time we were given for pick up in the morning and had to get our hotel to ring them and then we waited an hour after given time for pick up at the end of the day only to be told that they couldn’t get through the security gate AFTER AN HOUR of waiting so we had to walk up and find them. Wouldn’t book this again.

A great place if you like the aqua park The kids enjoyed and I enjoyed it my self The food is moderate but, we didn’t go there to eat.

i visited it during my vacation in Makadi Beach and really enjoyed with my friends.it is really more than nice with the best games for all . We loved it and will visit it again back . It's not so far away from the hotel.

A great water park. Queues were minimal. Good choice of slides available for all ages and of greater thrills. Ticket includes all inclusive drinks and lunch snacks. They stop access to slides for an hour at lunchtime. Lunch includes: burgers, hot dogs, pizzas, salads , ice cream, cakes and fruit. Good seating available to sit down on terrace to eat . Sun beds in plenty. Take your own towels. Open 10-5pm Makadi is 25 mins drive from Hurghada. Extremely well run and very clean surroundings

Both our drivers to and from the water park were exceptional, very time efficient friendly professional, even with language barrier they tried their best, shukran also the water park it self has very big slides my teenage children also 9yr old loved it thoroughly, food was ok not bad but it ain’t maccy d’s lol
